Returns Policy

At Lifelook we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 calendar days of the date your parcel was delivered to you. Please contact our Customer Care Service right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. For a more efficient refund procedure, please review our full return policy, and contact us via email for further instructions, before starting the return process.


Most of the products at Lifelook are delivered to your door for free in the UK and all the items can Only be returned to the UK.
If an item isn't the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery* in the original condition and packaging. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs.
If the item you received is faulty or defective, the return cost will be covered by us. However if the customer has received the item and change their mind or cancel the order after delivery, the return cost will be covered by the customers themselves.
The return fee will be charged based on the total value and the quantity of the products that you need to return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the refund amount will appear back in the original account within 3 to 5 business days.
